Plan & Launch

Every organization should be able to answer basic questions in the Startup Phase, such as:

  1. What are our beliefs?
  2. How will the business be structured?
  3. What is the vision for the business?
  4. How will the business be structured?
  5. What problems can we anticipate?
  6. What are the accepted rules of the business?
  7. How will we receive feedback?
  8. How will changes be made?
  9. What emphasis is placed on enjoying life?
  10. What will constitute “success”?

These questions cover the first three steps of e3Business’ Six Steps: Employ a Situational Perspective, Conduct an Appraisal, and Embrace Personal Growth. These steps are the groundwork needed to establish a solid foundation for a new business. Time invested at this stage is an investment in future stability as the business moves into the Staff and Manage phase and Develop and Expand phase.
