Brett Sparks, the founder and president of e3Business, has a BSE in Secondary Language Arts and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management. He has been involved in medical management since 2002, providing management and billing services to a variety of medical specialties, including family practice, internal medicine, gastroenterology, neurology and dermatology. Brett Sparks has served as the Chief Operating Officer to a privately funded medical management company and the Director of Risk Management to a physician-owned malpractice company.
